Multiple eggs on the top carton were broken but there was no evidence of contamination below. Discussed storing raw animal proteins below ready to eat foods with the owner. The owner moved the eggs to a lower shelf at the time of inspection.

Person in charge moved these items up onto the shelves. Discussed keeping food items at least 6 inches off of the floor to prevent possible contamination.

PRIORITY VIOLATION-4-102.11 (A)(1) and (B)(1), P: Characteristics-Single-Service and Single-Use; Migration of Deleterious Substances; Safe --Multiple grocery style plastic bags were being used to store raw vegetables in walk-in refrigerator. Person in charge removed products from the bags and placed them into food grade bags. All materials used shall be safe and not allow for the migration of deleterious substances.
