Hand wash sink next to the 3 compartment sink was functional and stocked with soap and paper towels. Person in charge (PIC) contacted a plumber while on site to have the drain cleared. Discussed hand wash sink requirements with the PIC to ensure they are in good working condition. Re-inspection will be conducted within 10 days to verify the drain is cleared.

Per PIC, these items were made the day before and were to be discarded. PIC voluntarily discarded these items at time of inspection. Reviewed food storage requirements to ensure raw and ready to eat products are separated during storage.

Person in charge added ice to the sprouts to rapidly cool them to 40°F at time of inspection. Reviewed cold holding requirements with the PIC to ensure foods are kept at or below 41°F.
