Inspection Comments

First walk through of the property. Slabs are being poured and underground is in place. The following items were discussed: 1). Washer and dryer combination will be enclosed in the room with the ice machine. 2). Hand wash sink with hot and cold water will be installed next to the ice machine. 3). If there is a can wash planned outside beside the kitchen door then: a). Install a drain. b). Pour or install a 4 inch curb in the area to contain the water. c). Finish out the wall in the splash zone with Epoxy paint or stainless panel. Wall needs to be smooth before painting. 4). If the hot and cold wells #69 and 70 have submerged inlets then provide Reduced Pressure Valves upstream on both the hot and cold water lines. Deck mounted faucets do not require backflow protection Construction is at 10% or so completion. Next inspection will be at top out. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
