At Fountain Hills Farmers Market, operator was observed selling non-TCS baked goods and TCS foods including strawberry cheesecake, chocolate mint cheesecake, and lasagna. Via phone, Sue was informed of additional permit requirement to sell the TCS foods. (Only pre-packaged, non-TCS foods are approved to be sold off site without additional permitting.) The operator agreed to cease sales of the TCS foods. Inspector emailed Mobile Food Type 1 guidance document.
