Inspection Comments

First brief walk through with the superintendent. Plumbing is about complete at the non-food side and lines were under pressure. The following items were discussed: 1). Two water heaters are specified on the plans but maybe one will be installed. 2). Store will be on city water and not a well. 3). Store will store city water in a tank outside and bring the water into the store where it will be run through a booster pump. 4). Water treatment system is located in the support room ad will not be RO. Just for safety and to prevent corrosion of the treated water the water will be run from the filter system to the beverage counter and the soda system through PEX and not copper. 5). Backflow valves are installed at the water treatment system and that will be reviewed during plan review. Valves may need to move to attain indoor equipment isolation. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to superintendent. Inspection rights provided.
