PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-202.12, P: Conditions of Use. Three compartment sink sanitizer compartment (with items in sink being sanitized) quaternary ammonia concentration measured to be 500ppm. Per person in charge dispenser does not dispense correctly requiring manual dilution. Items were removed from sink and sink was re-made to have a quaternary ammonia concentration of 200ppm (within manufacturer specifications). Advised person in charge to re wash rinse and sanitize all items that were in the incorrect concentration of sanitizer as well as all items that were previously cleaned to ensure proper sanitizer concentration was used. Continue testing to ensure proper sanitizer concentration.
