Equipment Inspection - E&D Class 4 This inspection was conducted with an employee on site. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to David C. at the time of this inspection. Correct the following prior to final permit approval; 1. There are two prep sinks, one in the main kitchen area and one in the serving kitchen area that each have drain pipes connected to adjacent hand sinks before them empty into the nearby floor sinks. Provide separate drain pipes for each of these sinks that empty into the nearby floor sinks with minimum 1 in. air-gaps between the ends of the drain pipes and the flood rims of the floor sinks. 2. Remove the home style ovens from the kitchen. All food equipment in the kitchen must be commercial grade. Home style refrigerators can only be used for personal employee food and must be marked and Personal food only. 3. The Food Saver vacuum packer machine must be removed from the kitchen. Reduced oxygen packaging is not allowed without a variance and commercial equipment must be used. 4. All openings to the outside must be self closing or screened. Provide a self closer for the back door that opens into the pool area. No county legal action will result from this inspection.

e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
