Spoke with person in charge about turning on heating element of the scoop storage container so that water would be at least 135'F. PRIORITY VIOLATION-4-101.11 (A), P: Characteristics-Multiuse; Safe --Observed raw sugar being stored in a non food grade 5 gallon bucket on the shelf near the back door. Person in charge discarded the sugar at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of using food grade equipment with person in charge to ensure that food remains safe.
