Inspection Comments

Stopped by and met with the superintendent after he contacted me. Establishment is in the underground stage. Looked at the plans and requested the following changes: 1). Please provide a floor sink under the prep sink # 22.1. 2). Please provide rubber base with a cove in the cove of the dining room soda station. 3). Mop sink faucet will have an integral vacuum breaker. 4). Floor sink will be accessible at the dining room soda station as the counter is leg mounted. If it is set too deep a opening can be cut in the cabinet floor. 5). Please move the RP valve located upstream of the filter to downstream of the filter after the split - Soda - Ice machine so the soda system is isolated from all other plumbing. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to superintendent. Inspection rights included.
