Equipment phase inspection. Walked through the job with the superintendent. The following items were discussed: 1). Backflow valve will be installed near the water softener isolating the soda system from the rest of the store. Valve will ne installed at 5 feet and accessible for testing. Valve will require testing and certification before final. 2). Please provide rubber base with a cove in the cove of the dining room soda station. 3). Rest rooms will also receive coved base as the quarry tile planned will not create a true cove. 4). Mop sink faucet will have an integral vacuum breaker. 5). Floor sink will be accessible at the dining room soda station as the counter is leg mounted. If it is set too deep a opening can be cut in the cabinet floor. 6). If possible provide a cap for the chase line under the beverage counter before the counter is set, this cap will make a nice finish for the chase. 7). Not sure if this a good idea but caps can also be used for the electric conduit chases under the work counters, hard plastic dome shaped with a hole drilled for the conduit and siliconed at the juncture. 8). Store is in the finishing stages, grouting is still to be done in the walk-in, cam hole plugs will be installed, floor will be grouted at trench drain, wall caps and corner guards will be installed. 9). Hood and walk-in will be flashed to the ceiling. Construction is at 75%. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed for superintendent. Inspection rights provided. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to superintendent. Inspection rights included.
