Inspection Comments

Construction inspection was conducted with the superintendent, Steve B. and RS # 979. Permit is not approved. The establishment can stock dry and cold products. The inspection rights will be sent with the inspection report. Please address the following items prior to the final construction inspection: 1. Repair / replace the T&S brass lever waste drain valve with twist handles under the ware washing sink and food prep sink. Water is leaking from these valves when the valves are open. 2. Wrap the drainpipe from the ice bin. Condensation is leaking from the pipe onto the floor. 3. Seal around the condenser pipe penetration inside the walk-in unit. Foam can be used but need to trim flush and paint over with several coats of semi-gloss or high-gloss paint. 4. Replace the ziptight with metal clamp for the drainpipes from the ice bin and condensation drainpipe from the walk-in unit. 5. Provide missing grout around on the floor tile at the leg of the dishwasher. 6. Provide missing corner trim inside the men's restroom. 7. Replace the side wing under the left side of the hood or seal the holes and ensure the fryer is 6 inches inside the hood. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Please contact the Department at 602-506-6824 to schedule the required inspections. Allow 7-14 business days to schedule.
