Inspection Comments

Equipment phase inspection. Walked through the job with the superintendent. The following items were discussed: 1). Metal window sill caps at the drive trough and cooks line will be finished out. 2). Wall in light cove above the drive through is not finished out, please do so. 3). Silicone drive through soda station at the counter juncture. Same for the dining room. 4). Please seal base to the wall next to south side restroom hand wash sink. 5). Finish out soda chase line under drive through counter. 6). Back counter at drive through and serving area will be caulked at the top wall juncture. 7). Not sure what is under the service area back counter, finish out and provide smooth and easily cleanable surface. 8). Grout missing between the tiles, please finish flush. 9). In cove with safe, finish out floor and tile juncture with raised slab and close all gaps. 10). Electric conduits will be finished out under the counters. 11). Dining area stainless counter will be sealed at the side and back splash. 12). Ice machines at the drive through and dining area will be plumbed in, you can tie into the other drain that is existing. 13). The floors will be finished out around the soda chases in the back room. 14). Three compartment sink drain will be repaired, at least two valves are leaking. 15). Atmospheric vacuum breaker will be installed on the mop sink faucet. 16). Self closer will be installed on the back door. 17). All penetrations through the walk-in ceiling will be filled in and finished out smooth and easily cleanable. If chemical dispensers are installed at the mop sink then please make sure that they have an internal air gap. At time of final inspection make sure all refrigeration equipment is on and holding at proper temperatures. Construction is at 95%. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
