Construction inspection. Construction is about 95% complete. Walked site with Construction Superintendent. Address the following items: (1) Have the walk-in cooler operational and holding temperature of 41 F or below. (2) Finish installing the trim piece above the walk-in cooler. (3) Repair the drain leak at the 3 comp sink. (4) Install a self closing mechanism on the back service door. (5) Foam, trim flush and seal the soda chases. (6) Adjust the metered faucets in the restroom to 95-100 F (7) Finish all caulking and trim detail work. Report auto emailed No county legal action will result from this inspection.
