Inspection Comments

Equipment inspection was conducted with the superintendent, Steve B. Construction has been completed. The establishment can stock. The inspection rights sheet will be emailed with the report to the superintendent. Please address the following items prior to the final construction inspection: 1. Provide test report for the backflow preventer of the soda carbonator. 2. Wrap the drainpipe of the ice bin with insulation so condensation liquid does not drip onto the floor. Noted water underneath the ice machine. 3. Provide an atmospheric vacuum breaker (ASSE 1001) for the mop sink’s faucet. Superintendent has the backflow onsite but not installed. Please order the faucet spout for the new backflow preventer. 4. Provide a min/ max thermometer to check the hot water sanitization for the dishwashing machine. 5. Trim excess foam inside the walk-in unit and provide several coats of semi-gloss or high-gloss paint on top of the foam. 6. Fill low grout on some of the tiles on the floor. 7. Provide missing corner trim in the men’s restroom. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Please contact the Department at 602-506-6824 to schedule the next inspection.
