Inspection Comments

First inspection for the black rock coffee surprise. Walk through with superintendent. The following items were discussed: 1). Sectional roll up door will not be installed for now. Electric is in place for future installation. If possible install fly fan / air curtain anyway so you are ready when the door is installed. 2). Mop sink will be flashed at the top and side to wall or caulked with a beveled bead away from the wall. 3). RO system is being installed in the back room. 4). Control joints in the floor will be filled. 5). If counters have a wooden substrate then paint panels first on the underside before installing and seal the wood. 6). Additional backflow valve meeting ASSE 1022 will need to be installed for the espresso machine. (Not in plan). 7). Hand wash sink will be installed in the back room. 8). Make sure the plumber brings the three compartment drain line along the wall to the floor sink and brace properly. Please see stipulation letters for plan review comments. Paint in the restrooms is washable. No need for change. All other backflow valve installations per plan. Construction is at 70%. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to superintendent. Inspection rights included.
