Pre-final inspection. The following items will need to be addressed: 1). Provide rigid drain lines for the espresso machine, and any beverage equipment. Mount along the wall, properly brace and lead to the floor sink. 2). Provide an split escutcheon for the front hand sink drain and mop sink ac outlet. 3). Provide light in the walk-in. 4). Provide hot water throughout. Provide power to the water heater. 5). Flash off the top of the walk-in unit to the ceiling. Once you have hot water, ok to stock and train. Final inspection will be done at that time. This store does not have a mister system. This store does not have any pitcher rinsers. his store does not have a roll up door. Please make corrections and call for a final inspection when all equipment is in. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to superintendent. Inspection rights included.
