First inspection. Walk through with the project manager. The following items were discussed: 1). RP valve will be installed upstream of the RO system. No copper will be installed downstream of the RO system. Valves hub drain will be led to the floor sink and valve will require testing and certification before the final inspection. 2). Vent stack from floor sink at the mop sink will be finished out. 3). Water line from the RO system will be led through the wall to the steamer. 4). Mop sink will get a separate water feed for future chemical dispensers. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to superintendent. Inspection rights included

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
