Inspection Comments

Second inspection. The following should be completed before the final inspection: 1). Fill in depression around the floor sink center island in front of ovens. 2). Repair, touch up chipped floor sink center island in front of the ovens. 3). Room 138, please finish up ceiling. 4). Room 138 exchange the double check with a reduced pressure principle backflow valve. Install with hub drain and lead to the floor sink. 5). Room 138 provide hose thread for the backflow valve at the mop sink. 6). Room 138- Provide an air gap for the RO system drain line. Lead into a rigid pipe if need be. 7). Line drain of the ice machine up with the floor sink. 8). All floor sinks, where the joint floor sink-floor is recessed, fill and seal. 9). Remove the pot filler spray hose of the swing arm and cap or provide a double check valve in the water supply line. 10). Caulk hand sink next to the prep sink at the top wall juncture. 11). Repair hole in the wall between hand wash sink and prep sink. 12). Fill in control joint in the walk-in freezer and cooler. 13). Remove all protruding foam in walk-in freezer and cooler and finish out smooth. Silicone open joints around electric conduits. 14). Finish out beveled the joints around the water and waste lines under the center island hand wash sinks. Have both the Backflow valves tested and provide reports at final inspection. Okay for school staff to move in after City Approval No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to superintendent. Inspection rights included
