Priority Foundation-7-102.11, Pf: Common Name-Working Containers---Observed a spray bottle with blue liquid stored with the chemicals without a label. Per PIC the liquid is windex. The spray bottle was labeled during the inspection. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.

Core-4-402.11, C: Fixed Equipment, Spacing or Sealing---Observed the handwashing sink and prep sink with their silicone caulking coming off creating space between the two. Also, caulking is becoming detached from the metal walls behind the fryers. Reseal all spaces to create a cleanable surface.
