Observed employee use their gloved hands to scratch/adjust their shirt multiple times, then go back to prepping buffalo sauce, touching clean equipment throughout kitchen such as cooler door handles, and bagging orders for waiting customers. Observed employee operate register with gloved hands and then go back into the kitchen with the same gloved hands and begin touching/prepping buffalo sauce without discarding the contaminated gloves, washing hands, and putting on new clean gloves. Employee washed hands at time of inspection. Discussed with PIC that, when changing tasks such as working the register, before engaging in food preparation, before using clean equipment, when touching clothing/body parts, that hands shall be washed in order to prevent contamination.
