The ambient temperature of the walk-in was at 48*F. Instructed PIC to leave the freezer door open until walk-in is fixed. Please ensure all cold holding TCS food items are 41*F or below.

TCS food items were not properly cold holding. Please keep freezer door open until the walk-in until it is fixed. At time of inspection PIC stated that maintenance would be on their way today 6/24. A Re-Inspection will be conducted on 6/27.
