Equipment inspection conducted with superintendent Jim by appointment. Inspection rights were delivered via email. The project is approximately 90% complete. Please ensure the following items are addressed by the completion of the project: 1) Install an ASSE 1013 reduced pressure zone backflow preventer upstream of the glass rinsers located at the bar. One unit can be utilized for both rinsers, as long as rinsers are the only equipment after the backflow. Certify and provide a test report. 2) Provide micro-switches to the air curtains installed at the garage roll-up doors. Light switches or breaker boxes can uses to circumvent micro-switches. 3) Provide additional access to the floor sink located under the soda fountain by cutting an access point in the mill work. 4) Install ASSE 1022 dual check backflow preventers upstream of each non-carbonated beverage equipment piece. 5) Trim the foam sealant flush at the chasse lines and provide a smooth layer of silicone. 6) Fill the expansion joint in the walk-in cooler to provide a smooth and flush surface. 7) Caulk the bar countertop/wall junctures throughout with silicone. 8) Provide rubber cove base to the floor/wall junctures of the mop sink room. 9) Provide hose bib vacuum breakers to the hose bib faucets throughout the entire facility. 10) Provide additional clear epoxy coats to the exposed block walls in the restrooms. At the final construction inspection, ensure hot water measuring 120' F minimum is provided to the entire plumbing system and all refrigerators are on and measuring at 41' F or below.
