Original bottle of chlorine was empty. Employee changed out the bottle to a new one. Still no chlorine reading. The chlorine sanitizer solution (to sanitizer wares) shall be 50 - 100 PPM. Reinspection scheduled for 12/16/22.

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 1 Priority, 1 Priority Foundation and 2 Core Violations on this inspection. Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager. No certified food manager present. Please ensure person in charge has current food manager certification and a certified food manager is present whenever food is being handled. Obtain by next routine inspection. First Repeat. Discussed bacon bits being kept at the proper temperature if not rendered crispy. Discussed having a written vomit/fecal accident procedure. Reinspection for violations #14 and #48 scheduled for 12/16/22. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Emailed to Richard and Josh.
