Inspection Comments

Pre-final walk through with the superintendent. The following items were discussed for follow up: 1). Please provide a coved floor / toe kick juncture along the front of the soda counter. 2). Ice machine is still being installed, make sure to istall rigid drain lines as much as possibile, keep 1 inch air gap at the floor sink. Provide a gasket between the ice machine and ice bin. Make sure to clean collar of shavings before placing on ice machine. Operator will need to burn off first two loads of ice to clear any debris. 3). Silicon the soda station to the counter with a fine bead. 4). Cut out in wall between soda station and kitchen will need to be finished out. 5). Provide an escutcheon plate at the gas line at fryer station. 6). Re-silicone the hand sink splash guards at the fryer station hand wash sink. 7). Plumbing will be repaired for the front hand wash sink. 8). Finish the transition between FRP and Fryer hood - both sides. 9). In the walk-in provide metal coved base at the floor wall junctures. 10). Fill in the cam holes in the cooler where plugs are missing, provide smooth surface. 11). At the water heater, Please caulk around the abandoned mounting studs. 12). Where grout is recessed, missing please touch up, behind reach in make table, at mop sink, at back door. 13). At the prep sink fill in gap at FRP trim in corner. 14). Three compartment sink will be mounted to the wall and then caulked at the top wall juncture. 15). In restrooms provide tempered water within 45 seconds. 16). In restrooms silicone the counters at the back wall juncture, in ladies room also at the top. 17). Provide a light fixture for the ladies room first stall. 20 foot candles of light is required. 18). Front service area, remove 1/4 round and install coved base. 19). Under self service counter see if you can finish out the opening in the cabinet floor around the condensate drain. Provide cleanable area. 20). Please silicone the back counter in service area at the top wall juncture. 21). Provide an additional hand wash sink at the prep line Current had wash sinks locations do not meet code requirements for distance or convenience. Ceiling panels will be put back in place. Construction is at 95% No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed on site and e-mailed. Mister system may be installed in the future. When installing you are required to install a reduced pressure zona backflow valve upstream. Soda station backflow test was done June 1st 2021.
