Establishment not accessible at time of inspection. Establishment continues to be closed due to remodel. Fence around property and dumpster located outside of establishment. Several emails sent to operator regarding the need to obtain a remodel permit before remodel begins. Conducted site visit with no one on property at time of visit. I've included the weblink on obtaining a remodel permit with Maricopa County Plan Review department: Ineffective visit report was emailed to the establishment. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
