Please repair to ensure unit holds TCS food 41*F or below prior to reinspection. Do not use unit for TCS food until it is repaired and holding properly cold. Manager stated repair may take longer than one week. Please contact EHS for reinspection when unit is repaired. Directed operator to continue to store TCS food in the single door reach-in, holding properly cold.
