Two door reach-in in back and short reach-in in front have not been repaired, per manager, and remain not in use for TCS food. Manager stated no estimate has been given for repair. Please contact EHS when units are repaired or replaced and put back into service for TCS food. Emailed advisory report to Mark.

e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
