Core-6-501.111 (A-B, D), C: Controlling Pests; Monitoring >>> Observed 25+ fruit flies/gnats harboring in 3 areas within establishment: along the upper wall of FOH, in BOH by mop sink and next to soda syrup dispenser. PIC stated they had a cleaning policy in place that was keeping the area free of pests, involving vaccuming and sanitizing affected areas. Advised PIC to reestablish cleaning policy.
