Also observed food employee touch glasses and wipe down surfaces then proceed to handle open food without washing hands. Discussed proper hand washing with PIC. Hands must be washed after touching face or any part of the body and after sanitizing surfaces before handling food items or drinks. initiate a task that involves working with food and after engaging in other activities that contaminate the hands. Food employee washed hands for 20 seconds at time of inspection before continuing to fill drink orders and handling food.

PIC did not have any more paper towels for hand wash sink dispenser, but provided some napkins. Each handwashing sink must be provided with hand drying provisions at all times.

A pattern of non-compliance is developing for Priority violation # [6], [2-301.14], which has been noted during this inspection.
