Inspection Comments

Second inspection for the coffee shop. Walk through with the owners. The following items were discussed for follow up before your final inspection. 1). Please provide rigid drain lines for the espresso machines. Lead to the floor sink - hub drain and maintain a 1 inch air gap at the floor sink. 2). Please install dual check valves upstream of the beverage machines. One may serve both. 3). Please remove or cover the wooden wall covering in the kitchen. 4). Counter top back and side splashes will need to be re-caulked and sealed. 5). Please silicone and caulk flush with the material all joints in window frames and counter - wall junctures. 6). After mounting hand sink and three compartment sink will need to be siliconed to the wall at the top junctures. 7). Cut back the drain of the ice machine. 8). Install the top trims on the FRP panels at the sinks. 9). Exhaust fan will be installed in the restroom. 10). Grease trap lid will be installed. 11). Hose bib backflow preventer will need to be installed on the hose bibs outside. 12). Drive through window will need to work properly. Back door may be chalk paint. Ceiling will need to be on a cleaning schedule. Mister system will require a reduced pressure principle backflow valve. At time of final inspection please have hot water at all sinks and refrigeration equipment will need to be on and holding. Owner certified food service manager. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Inspection rights provided. Printed on site.
