Inspection Comments

Plumbing phase walk through with superintendent and RS# 1013. The following items were observed or discussed: 1). Dedicated water line is in at the mop sink. 2). Mop sink will be flashed to the wall if there are gaps. 3). The raised slab for the water heater will be tiled out with coved base tile. Tile will be cut and grouted in flush with the slab. 4). Please back fill the gap at the entrance of the walk-in before tiling. 5). Restrooms will be tiled floor, schluter and wall tile. Paint for ceiling will be washable paint. 6). Reduced pressure valve for the soda fountain will be mounted where most convenient. Please do not install copper downstream and have valve tested and certified. 7). Provide a dual check valve that meets plumbing standard ASSE 1022 upstream of any beverage machine that is water connected. 8). In the walk-in units, at penetrations, please cut back the foam and finish out smooth. Next inspection will be when the equipment is being set. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to superintendent.
