Observed hand washing sink in ice scooping room to be blocked with boxes and coolers in front of it and items stacked inside of sink. Person in charge removed items and provided soap and paper towels. Hand washing sinks must be maintained for use at all times to ensure proper hand washing.

Person in charge removed scoop and will have it washed, rinsed and sanitized. Person in charge will put in work order for scoop holder mount to be repaired.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
