Inspection Comments

OC re-inspection conducted with an employee and Plan Review supervisor by appointment. Inspection rights were delivered via email. The establishment was open and operating at time of inspection. Please address the following items prior to the next OC re-inspection within 10 days: 1) The condensate pump has been relocated to the exterior, but the condensate line is now being drained to a bucket. Please reroute the condensate line to the condensate pump. Label where all waste is being disposed. 2) The owner initially advised that the front water dispenser fill station would be removed, but the unit is still in place and being serviced. Please provide an ASSE 1013 reduced pressure backflow preventer upstream of the water fill unit. Ensure no copper is located downstream of the unit. Certify and provide a test report. 3) Fill all large and small wall holes throughout the back area to prevent pest entry. 4) Caulk in the walk-in cooler penetrations, as needed, with aluminum silicone. 5) Provide a ventilation fan cover for the restroom vent fan. 6) Provide a self-closure device for the restroom door. 7) Caulk the new three compartment sink to the cooler wall with silicone. 8) Reattach the aluminum scrim sheeting above the three sink and mop sink area, as needed. 9) Caulk the gaps around the newly installed splash guard. 10) Continue finishing the exposed wall near the water heater to provide a smooth and easily cleanable surface. Paint the new wall with semi-gloss paint. Please be advised that the New Business Permit Application fee includes one initial inspection and one follow-up inspection. Additional fees will be assessed for any additional follow-up plan review inspections. MCESD inspection report was delivered via email. Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection.
