Inspection Comments

Pre-final walk through with the superintendent. The following items were discussed and are being worked on before the final inspection: 1). Tile will be grouted to the wall under the base where open. 2). Grout will be touched up in the restroom. 3). Re-seal the floor at the three compartment and prep sink area. 4). Install coved base along the wall at the sinks in the back room the width of the FRP. 5). Al exterior doors will receive door sweeps, thresholds and weather stripping. 6). In the walk in cooler-freezer where the there is no poured curb install coved metal base. 7). Where the walk-in coolers/freezer door frames meet the cooler wall caulk the joints and seal. The joints are caulked but are standing open in many areas. 8). Sinks in the bac room will be caulked at the top wall junctures. 9). All curbs throughout will be caulked at the top wall and floor junctures. Provide a beveled bead of caulk. In the freezer caulk the floor to the wall on the west side first before installing base. 10). Gaps in the toe kicks under the display coolers will be flashed off. 11). All penetrations through the walk in ceilings will be filled in and sealed. Looks like electric conduits are left. 12). In the dairy cooler caulk the walk-in door wall at the floor juncture and seal. 13). In dairy cooler, caulk transition tile and floor and make sure to caulk the diamond plate at the floor junctures all around. 14). Provide additional lighting at the sinks in the back room. Provide at least 50 foot candles of light at the sinks. 15). Non-vinyl faced ceiling tiles will be replaced in the restrooms. Back door will get dock seals. Two backflow valves will be tested and certified. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed in site for superintendent. Inspection rights included.
