OC Inspection - E&D Class 3 This inspection was conducted with Senior Center Manager. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Leslie S. at the time of this inspection. County legal action may result from this inspection. The following items must be corrected prior to final permit approval and re-inspection scheduled for 06/09/2021 1. Chemical dispensers with shutoff valves have been connected to both of the mop sink faucets. There can be no shutoff valves connected downstream from the Atmospheric vacuum breakers on the mop sink faucets. Provide dedicated water lines for the chemical dispensers in the mop sink areas or remove the chemical dispensers completely. 2. The microswitch for the air-curtain above the roll up door in the back room is not functional. Repair this microswitch to be fully functional. 3. A steamer connected to a water supply line has been installed under the exhaust hood without backflow protection. This steamer also has a port for cleaning chemicals on the top of the machine. Provide a drinking water safe, certified, RPZ backflow prevention device on the water supply line that feeds the steamer machine. This device must be installed upstream from the T-connection that feeds both of the water connection on the back of the machine. 4. The drain hub beneath the scrap sink adjacent to the mechanical dishwasher is leaking. Repair all leaks in the drain beneath the scrap sink. 5. Condensation is leaking from the back of the condenser unit inside the walk-in freezer onto the racks below. Repair the condensate leak inside the walk-in freezer. 6. Provide a 1022 backflow prevention device for the water supply line to the coffee machine in the kitchen. 7. Re-caulk and seal the backsplash behind the scrap sink to the wall it is attached to. 8. Remove the tape and plastic lid from the drain pipe beneath the dishwasher. Provide a minimum 1 in. air-gap between the end of the drain pipe and the flood rim of the floor sink that it drains into. 9. Provide a minimum 1 in. air-gap between the end of the steamer drain pipe and the flood rim of the floor sink that it drains into.

e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
