Inspection Comments

E&D OC re-inspection was conducted with the general manager, Stephen L. The food service is restricted to pre-packaged non-TCS items. The manager is new to the property. Reviewed items need to be addressed within one week. Please address the following items prior to the re-inspection: 1. Provide a 3-comp sink. Sink must have hot and cold water and faucet that can reach all 3 compartments. Another option is to add a one compartment sink with hot and cold water faucet and indirectly drained to a floor sink. 2. Remove the garbage disposer from one of the compartments of the double bay sink. 3. Remove the RO system. 4. Relocate the dishwasher to make room for the new single compartment sink. Ensure the drainpipe from the dishwasher must be rigid (metal or ABS pipes). 5. Provide an ASSE 1022, vented dual check valve backflow preventer, at the water connection point of the coffee brewer. The inspection rights sheet will be emailed with the report. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Please contact the Department to schedule a follow-up inspection at 602.506.6980 once violations have been corrected. Please be advised that the New Business Permit Application fee includes one initial inspection and one follow-up inspection. Additional fees will be assessed for any additional follow-up plan review inspections.
