Inspection Comments

Second walk through of the Kitchen Building B. Plumbing is complete. The following was discussed: 1). Mop closet attached o the kitchen will receive a washable ceiling. 2). Separate water feed is installed at the mop sink. Backflow valve will be installed within 5 feet from the floor and tested and certified before final inspection. 3). Control joints in the floors in the janitors closet B126 will be filled in and floor will be water sealed. Finish floor out first along the east wall before installing base. 4). At hand wash counter in the gym the floor will be finished out, tile sealed to the wall and wall tile caulked at the hard lid ceiling. 5). Provide a washable ceiling in room B126. 6). After the filter upstream of the steamer install a Reduced Pressure Zone backflow valve. Install with hub drain assembly and have the valve tested and certified before final inspection. 7). Coolers will receive stainless coved base along the floor / wall junctures. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed on site. Inspection rights included.
