Inspection Comments

Pre-final inspection kitchen walk through with project manager and plumber foreman. The following items were discussed for follow up: 1). Drain lines of the prep sink and the three compartment sink will be lined up better with the floor drains so there is no over splash. 2). Please seal up the wall under the prep sink near along the clean out cover and at the entrance of the walk-in cooler. 3). Coved base will be installed along the toe kick of the cabinets in the laundry room. 4). Dryer vent penetration of the all will be caulked. 5). Mop sink will be caulked at the FRP trim junctures. 6), Exterior door will receive a door sweep closing the gap. 7). Fly fan louver will be adjusted and aimed 3% outward. 8). Backflow valve at the mop sink is dripping and will need to be be cleaned. 9). The condensate from the dry storage split system will be tied into the drain line of the hand wash sink. Construction is at 95%. No County legal action will result form this inspection. E-mailed to project manager.
