New permit re-inspection. Side panels for the front service line are on order and will be installed on the sides of the make table along the order line. Walk through revealed that most items were corrected. Please continue with the items left: 1). Line up the drain lines off the ice machine over the opening and zip tie. 2). Repair valve stem in the mop sink faucet, hot side is leaking. It will need to be taken apart and rubber o-ring replaced. 3). Some of the cooler racks still have soil buildup, back left, please continue to clean and maintain clean. 4). Continue to clean the floor in the walk-in cooler. There are still areas with buildup especially around the legs of the racks. Backflow valve on carbonator was certified by coke technician. 5/11/2021 No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed for manager onsite. Inspection rights provided.
