OC Re-Inspection - E&D Class 3 This inspection was conducted with the owner. A printed copy of this inspection report was provided to Craig L. at the time of this inspection. No county legal action will result from this inspection. Correct the following items prior to re-inspection scheduled for 06/16/2021; 1. Water is leaking out of the food prep sink drain pipe onto the shelf below and the faucet for this sink is damaged and loose. Also, repair the loose and damaged faucet and ensure that any new faucets have separate hot and cold water valves. 2. Properly attach and seal the mop sink to the wall behind it. 3. Properly attach and seal the loose kitchen hand sink to the wall. Provide side splashes on this sink if it is raised to equal height with the adjacent three compartment sink. 4. Provide a minimum of 1 in. air-gaps between all drain pipes and the flood rim of the floor sink that they drain into. Also, replace the flex ice machine drain pipe with hard, PVC type pipe so no water can collect at the bottom as is currently the case 5. Provide waterproof material such as FRP or stainless steel on the walls behind, underneath and around the food prep sink. 6. Repair the damaged tile floor beneath the three compartment sink and food prep sink. 7. Clean the floors underneath all equipment. 8.
