Inspection Comments

Plumbing phase walk through with plumbing foreman and superintendent. The following items were discussed: 1). Separate water feeds are in at the mop sinks. 2). Washable ceiling will be installed in mop room 138. 3). All plumbing is in place for the sinks including floor sinks. 4). Trench drain will be cut out at the ice machine. Drain is in place. 5). AC condensate lines will get an escutcheon plate and elbow downward at the mop sinks. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to superintendent including inspection rights.

Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
