Inspection Comments

Plumbing inspection conducted with manager by appointment. Inspection rights were delivered via email to Bryan M. The project is approximately 80% complete. Please address the following items prior to the final construction inspection: 1) Provide two electric tankless water heater units at the bar to provide hot water measuring at 120' F minimum. The fixture requirements are 3.6 GPM. Splitting the fixtures for each electric water heater unit will meet hot water requirements. 2) Provide ASSE 1013 reduced pressure zone backflow preventers (RPZ) upstream of glass rinsers located at the bar. Multiple rinsers can be installed upstream of a single backflow device, but the water lines must dead leg after the rinsers. Certify and provide test reports. 3) Provide 1" minimum air gaps for all drain lines going to floor sinks. 4) Provide rubber cove base to the floor/wall junctures of the bar interior. Seal the base of the rubber base with silicone. 5) Seal the bar countertop gaps with silicone. 6) Finish the rough concrete around the floor sinks to provide a smooth, durable, nonabsorbent, and easily cleanable surface. 7) Fill the cracks and pitted areas of the walk-in cooler flooring. Please contact the Department to schedule the final construction inspection (100% completion with Certificate of Occupancy) at 602.506.6824. MCESD inspection report was delivered via email. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
