Plumbing phase inspection walk through. Plumbing is in the walls and complete. Please note the following: 1). Keep valve (Reduced Pressure Principle backflow valve) upstream of the soda system. Water after the valve can be routed into the soda system and brought to the different locations through the chase. In needed the water stub under the soda system # 58 can remain capped. 2). Provide a dual check valve that meets plumbing standard ASSE 1022 for the Coffee brewer # 63 and Tea Brewer # 61. 3). Far north west water feed for the dishwasher, please make sure this is hot water. Next walk through is at pre-final stage after finishes are complete and equipment is being set. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to superintendent. e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
