Pre-final walk through. The following items were observed for correction: 1). Plumb the prep sink in the bac room indirect to the floor sink and cap wall inlet. 2). Provide grain grates and dome covers for the floor sinks where missing. 3). Where wall transitions stand open caulk, between FRP and FRP and FRO and tile, there are several locations at front cooks line and an back room south side hand wash sink. 4). Ceiling in the kitchen will need to be restored, Damaged grid replaced and tiles put back in place, where cut short in the kitchen along the wall replace. 5). Inside the walk-in mount the base at the entrance with a self tapping screw. 6). Can lights will be installed where missing in the hall way between kitchen and front cooks line. 7). After mounting the prep sink counter will need to be caulked at the top wall juncture. Provide a flush with the counted bead of caulk or beveled away from the wall. 8). Where missing provide cleanout cover and electric outlet covers. junction box lids etc. One in new restroom behind door, one clean out cover at coos line. 9). Single family restroom will be painted. 10). At the front cooks line, caulk in the gap between the pony wall cap and the FRP. 11). Remove old caulk where possible and re-caulk hood at the back wall juncture. 12). At new bar area, all equipment will be mounted, sealed in between where applicable and plumbing installed. Install all plumbing so you allow for cleaning. Do not cross over between equipment pieces with drain lines. 13). Ice machine will require rigid drain lined, lead to floor sink with an air gap and keep cleaning of the floor in mind when installing. 14). Base tile at the side of the ice machine should be sealed to the window frame. 15). New beverage station will be caulked at the wall juncture. 16). Holes around soda chase lines will need to be filled in as much as possible and finished out cleanable. 17). Any holes in the FRP in the kitchen will need to be filled. Store is ok to stock and train after cleaning and City occupancy approval. At time of final all equipment will need to be on and holding at proper temperatures.
