OC Re-Inspection - E&D Class 3 This inspection was conducted with the owner. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Lydia A. at the time of this inspection. This facility is currently under construction and is not open. No county legal action will result from this inspection. Address the following prior to final permit approval; 1. The ice machine closest to the dispenser window shares a drain pipe with the waste drain from the water dispenser. Separate drain lines that empty into a floor sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap must be provided for each of these items. These drain pipes must slope to the drain for the entire length. 2. Provide another separate, hard pipe drain pipe to a floor sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap for the ice machine next to the hand sink. This drain pipe must slope to the drain for its entire length. 3. Finish repairing the walls in the RO and ice machine rooms to be smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable. There must be no openings in the walls, bare wood or bare drywall. 4. Provide a cove base finish at all floor wall junctures throughout the facility including the floor/cabinet junctures in the service area where missing. 5. Fill and seal the gap in the floor beneath the back utility sink to be smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable. Also, seal the dryer vent that opens to the outside next to this mop sink. 6. Provide washable ceiling tiles above the kitchen area and freezer where currently missing. 7. Provide strainers and grates for all floor sinks throughout the facility. No county legal action will result from this inspection.

Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
