Inspection Comments

Conducted onsite visit to discuss construction related items with owner Paul G. Inspection report and inspection rights were emailed to Paul G. Correct the following items prior to final inspection: 1) Test and certify the ASSE 1013 (RPZ) backflow device and provide the test report. 2) Flash/close the space above the walk-in cooler. 3) Provide another coat of sealant to rough areas of the wood wall behind the bar as discussed. 4) Provide a 3/8” cove base in both restrooms. Silicone was applied to the floor and wall juncture, but it did not create a 3/8” cove base. 5) Caulk in between the right side of the wooden table and wall near the hood, and in between the wooden table and wall (above the prep table cooler) as discussed. 6) Finish sealing the gaps, cracks and crevices surrounding the floor sinks. Please continue with construction according to plans, stipulation letter, and inspections. Please also ensure you have read your Responsibilities to Qualify for a Permit document and are in compliance with all requirements before final inspection. No county legal action will result from the inspection.
