Discussed the importance of having all hand sinks supplied with hot water, soap and paper towels to support proper handwashing. The manager had the sink supplied with paper towels at the time of inspection.

PIC stated all items had been cleaned after last use. Discussed maintaining food contact surfaces clean to the sight and touch. All items were moved to the dishwasher to be washed, rinsed and sanitized.

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 0 Priority, 2 Priority Foundation and 1 Core Violations on this inspection. Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager. Observed no certified food manager onsite at time of inspection. A certified food manager must be onsite during all operating hours. PIC stated the owner has obtained a CFM and they will be taking the exam tomorrow. *4th Consecutive Violation.* A copy of the report was emailed to the manager. No County legal action will result from this inspection. The Environmental Services Department will begin emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees in the coming months. We need a current and accurate email address on file to ensure you receive a copy of your permit card and invoice(s) upon renewal. Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
