OC Inspection - E&D Class 4 This inspection was conducted with the owners. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Emily B. at the time of this inspection. This facility is not currently in operation. Correct the following prior to final permit approval; 1. The drain pipe for the three compartment sink leaks below the middle compartment. Repair this leaking drain pipe. 2. The drain pipe for the pitcher filler in the bar is leaking onto the floor. Repair this leaking drain pipe and ensure that there are no leaking drain pipes anywhere in the facility. 3. There is no hot water available at either of the restroom hand sinks. Provide hot water to both of the restroom hand sinks. 4. There is a piece of brass pipe and a brass fitting on the downstream side of the RPZ backflow device for the water supply to the soda fountain carbonator. All piping and fittings on the downstream side of this device must be plastic or stainless steel, no copper or brass. Replace this piece of pipe and fitting with plastic or stainless steel. 5. The RPZ backflow devices for the Combi oven and for the soda carbonator must each be tested and certified. 6. Both of the mechanical dishwashers must be properly washing and sanitizing for the final inspection.. 7. Caulk and seal the backsplash of the three compartment sink to the wall behind it. No county legal action will result from this inspection.
