Inspection Comments

Plumbing inspection walk through of the ground floor. Walls in pre kitchen are closed up. The mop sink wall was open. The following items were observed: 1). Plumbing is in place in the prep-kitchen, three compartment, prep and hand sink and a cold water drop is in place for the table with coffee and espresso machine. I assume that line will be split and then also provide the water on the buffet counter in the breakfast room. 2).Two additional floor sinks were installed, thank you. One for the prep sink and one for the table with espresso machine. 3). Floor sink under the buffet counter in breakfast room is 20 % under the wall. Thar is not a problem but the studs will need to be sealed with paint and floor sink will need to remain accessible for cleaning. 4). At the mop sink to the east, please install an additional water line (cold or hot ) for future water connected chemical dispensers. 5). Floor sinks are installed at all the ice machines. Please see stipulation letter for items noted during plan review. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed report to superintendent.
