Inspection Comments

Stopped by the construction site and looked at the kitchen area. No new progress has been made. Discussed the installation of an additional water feed at the mop sink with the superintendent. Original submittal can in May 2021 and payment was received 9/30/2021. Project is now entering its 3 year and a permit extension fee will be applied for the food service permit FD-83226 which will be half the submittal fee. The ownership will be send an invoice for the amount. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed inspection to the superintendent.
